"The Holiday Dazzle" is focused on helping women become more self-confident, lose weight, and celebrate being a strong and sexy woman.
This is not just a 6-Week Challenge, if you let it, this program will change your life! These weeks will be eye-opening and empowering!
Here are just a few things that will happen during the next 6-weeks:
You will cleanse and detoxify your body of impurities, chemicals, and artificial toxins.
You will create new and healthy habits to replace your not-so-sexy ones.
You will FINALLY kick your cravings and you will restore your body back to the way it is designed to function.
You will learn how easy is it to make a healthy and delicious meal so you don’t get trapped into eating something not conducive to your goals.
Your body will learn how to optimize its fat-burning potential so you no longer have to hide behind your clothes and can always find something to wear in your closet.
You will be a part of an amazing group of women working towards the same goals that you are.
You will gain confidence and improve self-esteem.

The support you will get during the challenge from FSE:
1. The SUCCESS manual prior to the challenge . . . to give you a descriptive overview of what to expect.
2. Weekly Meal Plans and Grocery Lists.
3. Recipe Manual
4. Private "Holiday Dazzle" - Little Black Dress (LBD) FB Group page to connect with one another
5. Daily dose of emails for motivation and support.
6. Nutrition swaps/Exchange lists
7. Healthy tips and tricks for "grab & go"
8. One group training session a week during the challenge. I encourage you to participate in the group sessions during the challenge, as we will be doing MOST of the workouts using gym equipment. So, for the duration of the challenge, you will need to join the 24/7 Strawberry Mt Gym. Details on membership rates HERE!
If you choose not to join the gym, you can perform these exercises in your home (if you have the equipment or your local gym). But, these sessions are GREAT accountability "check-ins", too! So, I encourage you to join us!!!!
9. Workouts posted everyday that you can do in the gym or at home.

There is no guarantee that you will lose the amount of weight you hope to. I have found with these challenges in the past, that the more you commit 100% to the meal plan AND the exercise programming, the better the results. Before signing up for this challenge, ask yourself, "are you ready to commit FULLY to your exercise program AND meal plan?" I don't expect PERFECTION every single day, but what you're investing into this challenge, I expect that you work your hardest at following the food suggestions and exercise programming that I give you. You want different results then where you are right now? Then you have to change things . . . Don't expect to lose weight or body fat when you only put 1/2 the effort in.
