This is a 16-Week commitment (4 months).
Your programming is designed for your specific needs/goals and tailored for you so that you can make progress throughout this program!

What is the "Build Muscle, Melt Fat" Program? It's MORE than just a workout!!!!
Whether your goal is to BUILD muscle or MELT fat away . . . these workouts will accomplish both. You need to build muscle to melt fat, and you need to melt fat to see that muscle definition. These workouts will combine compound movements that are THE Most effective way to build muscle and strength, plus exercises including bodyweight, resistance bands, kettlebells, medicine balls, body weight and MORE. In addition, the metabolic conditioning in these workouts is one of THE best ways to get that fat burning affect going for hours and hours after your workout is completed.
BUT WAIT!!!! Building muscle and losing fat doesn’t just happen in the hour that you’re in the gym. It’s actually the other 23 hours in the day that make the BIG difference. We will work on building healthier eating habits and learning how to support a healthier YOU by focusing on lifestyle choices such as sleep, hydration and more! You will be given bi-weekly tasks and homework to help YOU reach your goals.

Semi-Private Session Times (Starting October 2019):
6:00 – 7:00 a.m. Monday/Wednesday/Friday
7:00 - 8:00 a.m. Tuesday/Thursday
4:30 - 5:30 p.m. Tuesday/Thursday
What this program includes:
· Trained Coaches
· Fitness/Movement Assessment ($30 fee) REQUIRED! Talk to your coach about days/times these are offered.
· Progressive Programming for Building Muscle and Losing Fat, specific for YOU (hence the reason we require the fitness/movement assessment.
· Unlimited Support, Guidance and Motivation from your coaches through email, text, phone or our private fb group.
· "Accountability" check-ins once a week.
· Nutrition guidance.
· Guidance on building new, healthier lifestyle habits.
· 2-3 sessions per week
· Initial meeting to discuss goals, gather initial measurements, practice technique, etc.
· Measurements every 4 weeks.
· BONUS: Documenting your journey! You get your first 3- month Health/Fitness/Wellness Journal FREE to compliment this program. Once you've concluded the journal, you can purchase another one from FSE for $10.
