The CORE is made up of your abdominals, back and glutes . . .
These sessions focus on core and hip stabilization/strength AND finish with high intensity interval training circuits that WILL kick start that fat burning process.
What is the "Core & HIIT Hybrid Program?
This 60-minute session combines 30 minutes of mobility & core training (abdominals, back and glutes) and 30 minutes of metabolic conditioning. All sessions and movements are individualized for your strengths and weaknesses. If you're looking for improved athletic performance, decreasing some nagging injuries, or just wanting to feel better in your everyday activities . . . THIS core programming along with the fat loss HIIT can be the perfect addition. ALL workouts are modified to be successful for YOU! Please use your coaches suggestions on modifications and progressions . . . we're here to make you successful in the long-run!
Semi-Private Session Times:
6:00 - 7:00 a.m. Tuesday/Thursday
5:30 - 6:30 p.m. Tuesday/Thursday

· Trained Coaches
· Progressive Programming for improving core strength & stability and decreasing fat!
· Unlimited Support, Guidance and Motivation from your coaches through email or our private fb group.
