Seasonal Sports Programming



Fitness & Sport Evolution’s “Sports Performance Training" Program is here to provide you with the programming it takes to help you step up to the next level in your sport.  Whether you're a sport enthusiast, a high school athlete or a professional athlete, this session with help you excel.

What is the "Sports Performance Training" Program?

All sports require the same things:  Balance, Stability, Mobility, Strength, Agility and Power.  Join us for an hour of focusing on these components.  After a few weeks of training, you will notice your sports performance improve on all levels.


This will be a 4-Week structured program.  We will build - balance, stability, mobility, strength, agility and power.


This session is specific to any and all of your sport performance needs, such as injuries, sport specific movements, limitations and weaknesses.  FSE will help YOU become the best athlete (whether competitive or recreational) you can!

November 5th - November 30th

Couch to Slopes in 4 weeks

Semi-Private Session Times:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:30 p.m.

*** Sessions will be held Wednesday, November 21st (day before Thanksgiving).  No session on Friday, November 23rd.  No make-up classes after November 30th.  Minimum of 4 people to hold this class.

It was a bit humbling to hire a trainer. I think I had a little judgement about the kind of people who do.... like, they must not have the will power to do it themselves, or they must have money to waste.

Working with Heather has changed all that for me. I found after 3 years of struggling to find the time or energy to train around my new business (which demanded a solid 12-14 hour day, 7 days a week) that I just really needed some help. I knew Heather was great from her reputation, but I have experienced it now first hand. She's amazing.

Since April, I've lost 12 pounds I've been trying to lose for 3 years. It's been replaced with muscle and I feel great. It's such a relief to know I can be strong and healthy again. I love getting out of the office (And the world doesn't fall apart!). I love being held accountable.
