After three weeks in Mexico training and competing in a kayaking extreme race, I'm back home! I LOVE doing my sport, but it always feels good to get back into the gym. On to my next goal of training for more races this spring and summer in slalom and whitewater! What did you decide as YOUR 2014 goal(s)?

Yesterday I started Day 1 of taking this "supplement". It takes a while to notice changes/improvements so I am trying this for a month. My FIRST experience with it already is that it is SUPER yummy and all natural ingredients. (Kind of tastes like Citrus Mentos . . . yum!)Excited for the opportunity to try this product out as an athlete and coach. Review coming out the end of February.

If you're looking to increase your explosive power and athletic performance, specifically for the upper body, medicine ball slams rate hight.

This is a great exercise because they can be used to develop upper body or aid in fat loss. Medicine ball slams will build power and explosiveness throughout the lats.
