Midwest Kayak Coaching Clinics & Workshops 2015
I am offering some whitewater kayaking instruction and coaching this coming May in MN. The courses offered, cover beginner enthusiasts to more advanced (class III/IV) enthusiasts. Due to the unpredictable weather and river levels in the Midwest, a location will not be confirmed until closer to date. In the meantime, PLEASE check out the workshops/courses I'm offering and get yourself signed up. I need a minimum of 5 people for each workshop.

Girls, girls, girls . . . this one is JUST for the ladies!!! Who wants to hang with the gals, laugh a lot and be bad ass amongst other chica's? This course is the perfect course for beginner's or early intermediate paddlers. (see link below for FB event page)

Do you have aches and pains? Maybe a chronic shoulder injury? Tight hips? Painful lower back? This short workshop is held off the river to work on exercises and movements to improve our bodies' overall function. This will be paddling specific (any type of paddler), but everyone will benefit from attending. (see link below for FB event page)

Co-ed goodness. Are you a solid class III paddler that wants to get into class IV without beatering? Are you a class IV paddler that just wants to be more fluid and efficient with your strokes, timing, edging, etc? This is the perfect course for you. (see link below for FB event page)
