10-Day Spring Mini-Challenge
March 23 - April 1st, 2019
This "mini-challenge" is designed to rid your body of built up toxins and wastes, normalize your hormone levels, give you more energy, make your skin glow, and feed and fuel your body so you feel ridiculously awesome.
This detox is designed for 10 days so YOU can get an idea of what our 4-6 weeks workout/nutrition programs are like. Consider this a yummy "taste-test". This 10-day challenge is PERFECT for those who don't want a long commitment, but want to kick-start their way into a healthier lifestyle!
The CORE of what you'll be eating:
You’ll be eating a LOT of fresh, clean, whole foods during this program. Much of it will be greens and raw vegetables, and some of it may even include foods you’ve never had before!

10. A workout program to support your meal plan. This meal plan is structured for those who want to lose weight . . . you WILL see weight loss IF you follow this 10-Day menu 98% of the time. Your workout program will be low intensity and a great way to "introduce" you to a regular workout program.
This Challenge is for EVERYONE . . . But, "new exercisers" are REALLY encouraged to give this a try!
