Sleep is in the top 3 things that you can do for weight loss and for performing at your best. The others would be nutrition, hydration and I'd obviously throw training into it.
This looks pretty advanced.

It's amazing how your body compensates for weaknesses . . . You may be able to lift heavy weights even if you aren't actually "ready and strong enough" to do so because your other muscles jump in to assist.
Before jumping into intense lifting, plyometrics or power/olympic lifting, you need to make sure your "stabilizing muscles" are strong.
Start with the basics and BUILD . . . this creates the strongest body you will ever have!

My challenge to each one of you:
Every morning get up and say "I AM GREAT!". It starts inside of YOU. Place a "sticky note" on your bathroom mirror that says "I am GREAT", "I am STRONG", I am SIGNIFICANT" and repeat this to yourself.
